1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between asi365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the asi365 website located at https://asi365.vip and all associated subdomains, pages, and features thereof.

By accessing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise interacting with any component of the asi365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on asi365. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be opened and used solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not open or operate an account on behalf of another individual.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. asi365 does not accept any liability for your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such activity may be restricted or prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account verification may be required before withdrawal requests are processed. You agree to provide such documentation as asi365 may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method confirmation.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits made to your asi365 account must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymised wallets, or any payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. asi365 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which asi365 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within sixty (60) seconds for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) business hours for bank transfers. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the stated timeframe, you should contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

asi365 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit where it reasonably suspects money laundering, fraud, or a violation of these Terms. Any funds identified as derived from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and withheld from the account holder.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to satisfy anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Bonus principal and winnings generated from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement is met.
• asi365 does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum processing time is typically within twenty-four (24) hours; mobile financial service withdrawals are commonly processed within two (2) to four (4) hours during business hours.

asi365 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns, in compliance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. During such checks, the relevant funds may be temporarily held pending completion of the review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, asi365 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonus balances expire upon the end of the stated validity period.
• Minimum odds and game contribution rates apply. Typically, sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20% — consult the specific bonus terms for precise contribution rates.
• asi365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This right will be exercised reasonably and will not be used to retroactively remove bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are being actively wagered.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts, or the use of prohibited software — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on asi365 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the platform's sports section. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the rules published on the platform at the time the bet was placed shall apply.

For casino games, each game operates according to its own published paytable and rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, are streamed from licensed studio environments operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. asi365 does not control the RNG or studio operations of its third-party game providers, but all providers are selected on the basis of their independent certification and fair-play standards.

asi365 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is clear evidence of a technical malfunction, data feed error, software defect, or circumstances that would render the settlement of the bet manifestly incorrect. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your asi365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. asi365 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify asi365 immediately by contacting [email protected]. You should also change your password immediately. asi365 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

You must not use the platform through any automated bot, script, or software. You must not use any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to artificial intelligence betting tools, game-manipulation software, or data-scraping tools designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asi365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the asi365 platform.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a person under the age of 21.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the asi365 platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

asi365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or entirely free of errors. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asi365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your asi365 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

asi365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to fraud, prohibited activity, age policy violation, or chargebacks. In cases of account closure due to a breach, asi365 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming contract law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and asi365 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected].

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute through formal channels. asi365 will cooperate fully with any regulatory or dispute resolution process initiated in good faith.

asi365 makes no claim to regulatory approval from any specific Bangladeshi government body. The platform operates as a safe and reliable entertainment service using SSL encryption and fair-play certified game providers.

14. Amendments to These Terms

asi365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify registered users of significant changes via the contact details associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
